We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Manager for the 2026 Season, mid-June to Labor Day. You will welcome members and guests, oversee daily operations, and collaborate with the ECBC team including the bookkeeper, manager, and activities director.
In addition, you will manage the front desk, handle club transactions using the Jonas accounting software, and help bring engaging nighttime events to life. Leadership and exceptional customer service skills will be essential as you create staff schedules and foster a professional atmosphere.
We welcome self-motivated and detail-oriented individuals to our dynamic team. Leadership skills are a plus but not required. Please note that a background check will be conducted for all new employees.
